a. Individual Applicants

Your name, email address, and phone number for contact are required. Please use the email address of the person who will be responsible for filling out the questionnaire and uploading documents.

b. Petitioner & Beneficiary Cases

For cases such as child sponsorship or marriage-based green cards involving a Petitioner and a Beneficiary, please log in using the ID of the person responsible for document uploads. The other party's email should be entered separately as a '2nd' ID (email address).

For employment-based green cards, please provide separate emails for both the Petitioner (Company) and the Beneficiary (Applicant). In this case, the Applicant is responsible for document uploads.

02 Select Service

Only one type of service can be selected at a time. If two people are applying for the same service together, you may select '2 Persons'.

Example: For child sponsorship where both the father and mother are applying for a green card together, select 2 persons.

03 Payment

Available only for customers who have completed payment.

If you need a consultation to proceed with your case, please click the link below to schedule an appointment.

Unlike general inquiries, paid service customers can schedule a date without an additional consultation fee payment process.

You can choose between a Phone Consultation or an In-Person Visit.
